By using Delayed Plane Claims, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Service

We handle flight delay and cancellation claims on your behalf. If your claim is successful, we deduct a 30% commission from the compensation settlement amount and transfer the remainder to your bank account.

2. No Win, No Fee

You will not be liable for any fees if your claim is unsuccessful.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate flight and personal information.
Respond to requests for information promptly.

4. Payment

Airlines pay the compensation directly to us.
We deduct our 30% commission and transfer the remaining amount to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

We will do our best to secure your claim but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by UK law.

7. Termination

You may cancel our service at any time before your claim is submitted.
